In the course of providing real estate settlement services, we may request or collect Personal Information about you, which is necessary to complete our services and fulfill our obligations under law. We may collect Personal Information from the following sources:

- Information we receive from a client’s agents or documents in connection with transactions s/he has entered into relevant to the underlying real estate transaction;
- From internet websites; and
- From the public records maintained by governmental entities
We do not disclose any such non-public information so gathered to anyone, except as permitted or prescribed by law. Access is restricted to your Personal Information to those members of our company who need to know that information to provide real estate settlement services including compliance with applicable federal or state laws. Physical, electronic and procedural safeguards are maintained to protect our client’s Personal Information from unauthorized access or intrusion. It is an important responsibility of our provision of real estate settlement services is to record documents in the public domain. Such documents may contain Personal Information.
