We restrict access to your Personal Information to those members of our company who need to know that information to provide real estate settlement services including compliance with applicable federal or state laws. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect our client’s Personal Information from unauthorized access or intrusion. One of the important responsibilities of our provision of real estate settlement services is to record documents in the public domain. Such documents may contain Personal Information.
